Description
The Amazon Village was established in 1986. Very authentic Lodge which organized professional visits and a very good reputation created during the two decades around the world as “eco-lodge”. The Amazon Village received the “special eco-lodge” of the national authority of Brazilian tourism.

Facilities
The lodge has a good restaurant with very tasty regional dishes. Fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruits are carefully prepared and served. Panoramic view, bar. Buffet breakfast, lunch – and dinner. Full board included. Drinks separately. No credit cards accepted.

Rooms
45 rustic rooms set in bungalows discreetly integrated into nature. All units with mosquito net, shower / WC, fan, terrace. Most rooms have two beds. 33 “Standard rooms” lighting by 12 volt batteries. 12 “Standard plus rooms” lighting by electricity, offering shower with hot water and Fan.

Important notes
The Amazon Village is one of the “classic Amazon Lodges” which have adjusted nature of minimum comfort but not luxury. There is no air conditioning, no power or generator, energy is alternately generated (some short interruptions are possible). In the evening the light is limited. The lighting is guaranteed at any time thanks to oil lamps and candles. Only a cold shower means that the water in this tropical region is heated to about 20-26 degrees. Recommended for tourists who prefer a more authentic trip. Very quiet lodge.

Day 1

Transfer at 14:00 from the hotel or directly after the arrival of the port airport. Day 3

In the morning, the journey begins with fishing (Piranha, Tucunaré and Tambaqui). Then you can visit a village of “Caboclas” indigenous inhabitants of the jungle. They mixed over time with whites.
